The Kenilworth Court AGM is held on a Sunday afternoon in late
October. One month before the AGM, leaseholders receive copies
of the Minutes of the previous year’s meeting together with the
Chairman’s Report for the current year and the audited accounts.
We hope that you will attend, as the AGM provides an opportunity
to raise anything that concerns you and also a chance to meet
other leaseholders.

The Kenilworth Court Garden
Party
Every summer we hold a garden party in the Kenilworth Court
grounds.
It is normally held on the lawn on a Sunday afternoon in July.
This gives everyone the opportunity to meet their fellow
residents, chat with old friends and hopefully make new ones in
relaxed surroundings.
The Association provides wine, beer and soft drinks and
residents are invited to contribute drinks or food if they wish.
An invitation to the garden party is sent to each flat in the
Court.
The 2005 Garden Party had a Brazilian theme, as you can see from
